CVAC Catheters

The Gish CVAC line of long-term implantable catheters offer key benefits to clinicians and patients. They are made of radiopaque silicone and come in single, double, or triple lumen, ranging in size from 4.0 FR to 12.5 FR. The luer adaptors are color coded to indicate size and the movable sleeves protect the catheter from wear and tear at the clamping site. Polyester cuffs promote tissue ingrowth near the skin exit site, securing the catheter and creating a barrier against bacterial migration. Catheters come in kit (containing a tunneler and introducer) or tray configurations and repair kits are also available.
