Gish Biomedical, located in Rancho Santa Margarita, Has an immediate opening for a Production Manager.

This position will provide leadership for a two-shift medical device clean room operation that is responsible for production, quality, safety and customer service in a cGMP and ISO13485 compliant and  FDA regulated environment.

Responsibilities include ensuring quality standards are achieved while meeting cost and compliance objectives; driving continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing principles within the workforce by exercising good leadership, training and coaching; development and implementation of SOPs as necessary; participation in the coordination of production schedules to ensure on-time delivery targets. 

Requirements include: A bachelors degree in a relevant discipline and at least 5 years experience supervisory or management level experience working with ISO standards in a FDA regulated production environment, preferably in the medical device industry.
